Stephanie K. West is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. She has extensive experience managing chronic and complex health conditions and is dedicated to prevention, health education, and individualized treatment planning.
Stephanie earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine. She began her career in progressive care and medical-surgical nursing, building strong clinical skills in cardiac care, post-operative recovery, and care coordination for medically vulnerable patients. As a nurse practitioner, she provides full-scope primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and preventive health services.
In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie serves as adjunct faculty at Suffolk County Community College, where she teaches and mentors nursing students. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nurses Association.
