Rusty Dreksler, MBA, MSN, FNP-C, is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner and the Chief Clinical Officer of Surgical Services at NY Health. With a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and elevating the quality of care, Rusty plays a key leadership role in driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) and went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Pace University’s Lienhard School of Nursing. Rusty also holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Services from Strayer University, combining clinical expertise with a robust understanding of healthcare management and strategy.
