Kimberly Pope is a Nurse Practitioner who completed her Masters in Nursing at the State University of Stony Brook in 2019. She is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Association. As a nurse with over 20 years of experience, Kimberly has worked in the area of kidney and pancreas transplantation since 2004. Kimberly is also a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator and an active member of the American Nurses Association and NATCO. She has now joined our practice here at New York Kidney Specialists. Kimberly will be working closely together with our certified Nurse Practitioners, and Nephrologists in the management and care of our patients with chronic kidney disease and all aspects of renal replacement therapy. In her spare time Kimberly enjoys traveling, reading and gardening
