Kavita is the Vice President of Quality & Care Coordination.

She is experienced in strategic planning, business development, and physician relationship management and has a proven track record of successive advancement. Kavita will oversee and improve the daily operational functions to improve business efficiency and organizational workflow development.

Previously, Kavita helped advance the strategic vision, goals, and objectives of the Katz Institute for Women's Health (KIWH) related to program expansion and integration as the Regional Director of Program Development at Northwell.

Kavita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hofstra University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
