Kavita Seodat-Lauben is the Vice President of Quality & Care Coordination.

She is experienced in strategic planning, business development, and physician relationship management and has a proven track record of successive advancement. Kavita directs, coordinates and oversees care coordination for the Primary Care division by streamlining operations and developing workflows to increase efficiency in order to meet quality metrics.

Previously, Kavita helped advance the strategic vision, goals, and objectives of the Katz Institute for Women's Health (KIWH) related to program expansion and integration as the Regional Director of Program Development at Northwell Health.

Kavita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hofstra University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
