Family Medicine
John Gil, MD is board certified in Family Medicine. He has been a solo practitioner of Rocky Point Medical Care for 32 years.
Dr. Gil received his Bachelor of Science degree at Columbia University in 1983 and his Doctorate of Medicine at University at Stony Brook, School of Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Southside Hospital in Bayshore in 1990.
Dr. Gil is currently the school physician for many school districts in the area. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, caring for his dogs, keeping fit through regular exercise and is an avid sports fan.
