Jennifer Pantoliano, is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who obtained her Masters in Nursing at the State University of Stony Brook in 2016. She is nationally certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Association. She previously obtained her Bachelors of Science degree with concentration in public health, and subsequently completed her Registered Nursing degree from Suffolk Community College. Thereafter Jennifer worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Catherine's of Siena Medical Center for two years in medicine and surgical units, and then for four years on the cardiac telemetry unit. Jennifer then joined our practice here at Suffolk Nephrology Consultants to specialize in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease, and all aspects of dialysis.
