Lance Edwards, MD, is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Edwards received his undergraduate degree at SUNY Stony Brook and attended medical school at Upstate Medical Center, SUNY Syracuse. He completed his Internship and Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. Dr. Edwards is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, a member of the New York State Medical Society, Suffolk County Medical Society, Suffolk County Obstetrics & Gynecology Society, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. He is interested in clinical trials and has been the Principal Investigator on trials involving contraception, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, fibroids, vaginitis, menopause, urinary incontinence, and osteoporosis.
