New York Health Welcomes Board-Certified Urologist Dr. Felix Davelman
New York Health (NY Health) is proud to announce that Dr. Felix Davelman, a board-certified urologist with more than 17 years of experience as an attending physician, has joined its esteemed team of specialists.
Dr. Davelman brings a distinguished track record of delivering high-quality, compassionate urologic care with a strong commitment to patient-centered medicine and community service. He will be practicing at 500 W 181st Street, New York, NY 10033.
Since 2008, Dr. Davelman has served as a practicing urologist at Crystal Run Healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in expanding access to specialty care in underserved communities, including Orange and Sullivan counties. His clinical interests include general urology, kidney stone management, urologic oncology, male reproductive health, and special interest in female urology.

Dr. Davelman completed his residency in urology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he served as Chief Resident. His early research focused on erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and surgical approaches in nephrectomy. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hunter College.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Davelman is passionate about education and mentorship. For the past decade, he has volunteered as a guest lecturer at the Pine Bush Summer Medical Academy, inspiring high school students to pursue careers in healthcare. He also actively mentors nurse practitioners and medical students, helping to shape the next generation of urologists.
