Britney Lynch is a compassionate and committed Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from Long Island University.

She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Britney obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Illinois. She is experienced in Family Health and most recently worked in the Critical Care Step Down Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center.

She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, The Nurse Practitioner Association of NYS, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Britney will work alongside Robin DaCosta, MD to achieve optimal standards of care and patient outcomes.

Charles G. Bleecher, MD, FACP

Dr. Charles G. Bleecher is a native Long Islander who graduated from Patchogue Medford High School.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Stony Brook University and his Medical Degree from Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.  He subsequently completed his internship and residency training at University Hospital in Stony Brook in Internal Medicine.  He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. 

Dr. Bleecher is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University Hospital, Stony Brook, where he teaches medical students and Internal Medicine residents. For his contribution to The Community Based Teaching Project, he was recognized as an outstanding teacher in the field of Internal Medicine by the American College of Physicians. He is an active member of the American Medical Association and American Geriatrics Society and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. 

After being in private practice in Selden and Rocky Point for over 28 years, he is excited to join New York Health, in Port Jefferson Station, where he will continue to provide comprehensive, high-quality medical care to all patients. Dr. Bleecher is affiliated with Mather Hospital, St. Charles Hospital, and Stony Brook University Hospital. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, fishing, and listening to music.

Robin DaCosta, MD

Robin DaCosta, MD is board-certified in internal medicine with over twenty years of experience.

A Long Island native, Dr. DaCosta attended Stony Brook University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 1989, she graduated with her Doctor of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine. She then completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Stony Brook University.

Her medical career has taken her to rural Kentucky, providing medical care in a physician shortage area. She has also practiced in Tennessee before returning back to Long Island. After 9/11, she had the privilege to participate in the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program where she evaluated and treated those who heroically worked at the World Trade Center site.

She is affiliated with University Hospital at Stony Brook and Saint Catherine of Siena Medical Center.
Dr. DaCosta is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, and a recipient of the Five Star Internist “Patient’s Choice Award.”

Since 2004, she has worked as an Internal Medicine physician on Long Island where she was able to treat the same patients and their families for almost two decades. Prior to joining NY Health, Dr. DaCosta practiced at Island Medical Care.

Rohit Reejsinghani, DO, FACP, MBA

Dr. Reejsinghani is board certified in internal medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Reejsinghani is currently the executive director at NY Health. He has previously served as the Associate Chief Medical Officer of Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital (Northwell Health). Most recently, he served as the Regional Vice President and Medical Director of Heritage Healthcare Partners NY—Western Region.

Dr. Reejsinghani has also worked in acute inpatient care as a hospitalist at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai West Hospitals.

Dr. Reejsinghani received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from New York University and his Medical Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Queens. During his time as a hospitalist, he also earned an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, graduating with honors in Business Strategy and Negotiations.

Dr. Panagiotou, MD is an experienced internist specializing in preventive healthcare and weight loss.

Pollytia I. Panagiotou, MD pursued her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Prior, she attended Montclair State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dr. Panagiotou completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Atlantic Health System, Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey.

She tends to a wide range of patient concerns, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, bronchitis, and weight loss.

Committed to her field of practice, she holds several memberships in reputed organizations such as the American College of Physicians, the Obesity Society, and the Hellenic Medical Society of New York Member.
