Dr. Divya Goyal specializes in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine with a concentration in Occupational Medicine. She completed her Medical Degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Goyal then went on to pursue a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Health Policy and Management from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She has also completed a Preliminary General Surgery Residency from the University of Tennessee COM. Dr. Goyal earned a Certificate in Clinical and Translational Sciences (CCTS) from the University of New Mexico in the Masters of Science in Clinical Research Program.
Divya has completed two years of Preventive Medicine Residency from University of New Mexico SOM. Divya grew up in Queens New York and Long Island New York. Divya graduated top two percent of her High School graduating class. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from CUNY Honors Brooklyn College. She did her clinical rotations in New York where she grew up and has volunteered to help the underserved. She is starting her career in Occupational Medicine and looking forward to her journey at NY Health. Divya enjoys traveling, listening to music, dancing, singing, exercising, cooking, and reading. She is culturally cognizant of people's values, ethics, and respects one and all after growing up in New York.
